These terms cover this website and the offers we make. By using the site you accept them.

The site

The pages describe how Bellmore Associates works. Treat them as a description of our practice; for legal, tax or financial questions, ask your own adviser. We try to keep them accurate but make no promise that they are complete or current.

The text, the Bellmore mark and the design belong to Bellmore Associates. You may link to any page; please do not copy the content.

Offers

A price quoted by email is an invitation to agree, not a binding contract. A sale exists only once both sides have accepted the terms of a transaction at a licensed escrow service. Until then, either side may walk away, and a name may be sold to someone else.

Payment is made to the escrow service, never to us directly. We never ask for card details, passwords or registrar log-ins by email.

Names and trademarks

We do not knowingly hold names that infringe someone else's trademark. If you believe one of ours does, write to kristen@bellmoreassociates.com and we will look at it promptly.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Bellmore Associates is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and any dispute goes to the courts of Ada County.
