Privacy notice

What we collect

• What you type into the enquiry form: the address you ask about, your company, your name, your email, and optionally a phone number, a topic and a message.
• The IP address the form was sent from, kept with the message to help us spot abuse.
• Emails you send us, and our replies.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for a short period: page requested, time, browser type and IP address.

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it delivers them.

Why

To answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to complete the sale and transfer of a domain name. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us, and the steps needed for a contract you ask for.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare, which hosts this site and carries the form submission.
• Our email provider, which stores our mailbox.
• If a sale goes ahead, the escrow service and registrars involved, under their own privacy terms.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long

Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within 24 months. Records of a completed sale are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually seven years.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or ask us never to write to you again, by emailing kristen@bellmoreassociates.com. A reply of "stop" to any of our emails does the same.

If this notice changes, the new version is posted here with the date below.
